PSI has 60 years of experience in the distribution, installation and service of a variety of architectural specialty products throughout California, northern Nevada. Our mission to exceed customer needs by providing high value, quality and competitive products and services has never changed.

Timeline of Events
1958
PSI is founded by Fred Delucchi Jr. The first office is comprised of one desk and one phone on the staircase landing of a building at 344 Harriet St. in San Francisco
1959
Ed Still joins PSI. PSI incorporates with Fred Delucchi, Jr. and Ed Still as principals
1962
PSI moves offices to San Mateo, California. PSI begins in-house fabrication of wall systems
1966
PSI starts tiling Liskey computer floor panels.
1969
Fred Delcucchi, Jr. tragically dies in airplane crash.
1969
PSI acquires Modernfold of Northern California
1975
PSI acquires Modernfold in Alhambra, California.
1976
PSI acquires Vaughan Interiors in Los Angeles.
1978
PSI opens offices in Sacramento and San Francisco and acquires Glenmart Company’s access floor business in Los Angeles.
1980
PSI opens Santa Clara, California office.
1981
PSI acquires Vaughan Walls in San Diego, California.
1992
PSI begins distributing Tate Access Floors.
1993
PSI begins distribution of Skyfold vertically folding operable walls.
1995
PSI begins distribution of Smoke Guard smoke containment systems
1998
Ed Still retires; sells PSI to new ownership group including Shawn Still, Ryan Iwasa and Randy Squires.
2009
PSI divests Smoke Guard Product
2009
PSI begins distrubtion of LaCantina Doors.
2014
PSI adds Klein Sliding Glass Door Systems to its product offerings.
2017
PSI begins distrubtion of Moodwall Demountable Systems.
2018
PSI celebrates 60 years as a Space Management Solutions Provider.
2022
PSI begins distrubtion of Euro Wall Systems
